Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card number on your website?
A: Genesis Stamp Co. will NEVER sell or give your information to any other person or company. Any email or credit card information is for our use only.

Q: If a stamp image is not provided, how can I view it before buying?
A: We are in the process of adding images for all stamps with a selling price of $25 or more.  However, upon request we will be happy to provide you with a scan of any stamp regardless of price.

Q: What are your terms of sale?
A: Payment by personal check, money order, Paypal or credit card, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.  A 10% discount will be given for all orders of $100 or more.  New York residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Q: What is a shopping cart? 
A: Just like a real shopping cart in you neighborhood grocery store, our shopping cart electronically remembers the quantity and total amount of your purchase at any given time. When you are ready to place your order simply click on Checkout and you may finalize your order. 

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return stamps within 30 days for a full refund.   

Q: Do you ship Internationally? 
A: Yes. We will ship anywhere.

Q: What are your shipping terms?
A: All stamps will be mailed via U.S. Post Office, First Class Mail.  A charge of $2.50 for postage and handling will be added to all orders of less than $50.  Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more.  Insurance and alternative methods of shipping are available upon request for an additional charge.

Q: What are your shipping methods?
A: We ship via United States Post Office, first class, insured, certified, registered, express or priority mail.  UPS and Federal Express.

Q: I just purchased some stamps from you and I have a question, what should I do?
A: Simply e-mail us at Support@genesisstampco.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
